Our express planning session is the perfect place to start if you are wanting to enjoy and plan your dream day yourself, as well as closer to your wedding date to ensure you have everything covered.
We can sit down and chat about your ides, vendors, and where you are at in the whole process, how to set your budget, anything that you need help with, we are there. Think of us as your sounding board, and at the end of your planning sesh you will leave with a clearer idea of what you need to do next.
After all the wedding chat, we will send you through notes of what we discussed as well as action points to keep your planning on track.

We come on board 6 weeks prior to your wedding, create our master run sheet, chat to vendors, and give you somewhere to brain dump everything.

Style and Design
One of our more popular packages, especially for couples who have enjoyed planning everything themselves but don't want to wear a headset at the end of the aisle! We come on board 6 weeks prior to your wedding, create the master run sheet, chat to vendors, and give you somewhere to brain dump everything.
We attend your rehearsal, make a tonne of notes, and cast our eye over every detail before your guests arrive. We then are there to make sure the drinks are topped up, the food is on time, and can even wrangle your guests for the photos!
Day of Coordination
Venue Set Up / Pack Down
The day before your wedding should be filled with family and friends, not with stressing about which side the wine glasses go on or if the chairs are straight. We can organise the whole set up and pack down process for you, bringing in our own staff to place everything just perfectly either the day before or the day of depending on your venue requirements.
We will have multiple meetings to gather all the information we need for our lists (our favourite!) so when you walk in on your wedding day, it is just perfect.
